Dale, Nice job on the video. Production quality is excellent and your presentation is relaxed and intimate, not easy to do in such a video. I've watched many of your videos since you began posting them and you have clearly become more comfortable with the process. You might consider a video on how best to create such videos. The only suggestion I would make is that you announce to your audience that you'll be playing in the key of G since beginners may not pick up on that right away. Then explain how each double stop follows the chord progression of the tune. Students will probably already have access to a chord sheet from the Internet but may not automatically hear or see which double stops represent those chords.
I do have a musical or playing question about this tune and lesson however. Why do you prefer sliding into the G double stop with your index and second fingers rather than your second and third fingers? I think I would (do) naturally use my middle two fingers to slide that double stop since the middle finger is naturally on G on the E string when playing a G chord. That would leave us using the little finger to catch E on the A string and our index finger would already be in place to catch B on the A string. Maybe you're avoiding the use of the little finger thinking that makes it easier for beginners.
Thanks,
